1️⃣ Booking & Scheduling – Once we have your shipping information. We book your shipment online, selecting the next-day delivery option.
2️⃣ Packaging with Care – Reptiles are securely packed in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed for temperature control.
3️⃣ Drop-Off & Pickup – The package is dropped off at a designated shipping location or picked up by Reptile Express (FedEx).
4️⃣ Overnight Transport – Shipments are sent via priority overnight service to minimize travel time and stress on the animal.
5️⃣ Tracking & Updates – Customers receive tracking details for real-time monitoring.
6️⃣ Safe Arrival & Delivery – Reptiles arrive at their destination the next morning, ready to be unboxed with care.

📌 Important Note: It’s best to ship to a FedEx hub instead of a home address during extreme weather conditions. This prevents animals from being on a delivery truck for an unknown time. At the FedEx hub, they are safely kept indoors at room temperature until you pick them up at your convenience during business hours. If you have this option, it’s always best!🦎❄️☀️
