Uroplatus sikorae geckos, also known as mossy leaf-tailed geckos, are a species of geckos native to Madagascar. They are popular as pets due to their unique appearance, with a flat, leaf-like tail and a mottled skin pattern that provides excellent camouflage in their natural habitat. Uroplatus sikorae are also known for their gentle and docile nature, making them an excellent choice for first-time uroplatus owners. Even though our animals arrive in excellent shape, like other pets in your household, a fecal test is suggested to check for possible parasites. These are not always present, and this practice should be part of the routine for any chameleon keeper. Every year, a fecal test should be run on any reptile collection, WC or CB.
