The Peacock Day Gecko (Phelsuma quadriocellata) is a colourful, diurnal gecko native to Madagascar. Its vivid green coloration and distinctive markings make it an attractive species for keepers interested in Madagascar’s remarkable day geckos.
Peacock Day Geckos are arboreal and active during daylight hours, making them fascinating display animals. Their daytime activity gives keepers plenty of opportunities to observe climbing, basking, feeding and other natural behaviours.
Our Peacock Day Geckos are imported from Madagascar. We carefully inspect the animals we receive and assess their condition before offering them to customers.
For animals listed as Available Now, pictures show the actual individual geckos available, allowing you to select the animal you are purchasing.
For Pre-Order animals, pictures are representative samples only. The exact appearance, size and coloration of the animal you receive may vary from the images shown.
Peacock Day Geckos require appropriate lighting, temperature, humidity, ventilation and nutrition. Their delicate skin also means they are generally better suited to observation than frequent handling. Prospective keepers should research their husbandry requirements before purchasing.
We have specialized in Madagascar reptiles since 2009 and carefully select the animals we import and offer.
Available in Canada. Local pickup is available in Markham, Ontario, and Canada-wide shipping is available when weather and conditions permit.
